About us

There are many kinds of human beings. Color, race, language, nation, caste, religion, and community are all different. Yet, the same sun gives light to everyone. The breath of life comes from the same nature. Water comes from the same rain. Still, on this earth created by God without boundaries, why do we create artificial borders? Come, let us live together joyfully. Let us strive enthusiastically for peace. Let us create common spaces of goodwill where religion, community, caste, and politics do not divide us.

For this purpose, our platform—ZEST CENTRE—has been established. Here, ZEST conceives and implements a variety of programmes aimed at the all-round development of our society. Zest for Peace is the name of a collective of the people of our land, working towards the realization of a great vision: to transform our homeland into one of the finest villages in India by 2040, and to nurture it into a model village that the world looks up to. Zest for Peace is a collective of compassionate individuals who seek the welfare of humanity, desire only the grace of God, and consider public service as an act of divine worship.

At a time when development is often measured only by roads and buildings, Zest aspires to build a new model of progress by constructing a strong foundation of love, harmony, and coexistence. We envision the all-round growth and development of our land. When we closely examine the elements of development, we see that they are centred on education, health, livelihood, and recreation. Zest understands that when these areas are strengthened, a smile will appear on the face of even the last person in society. With this understanding, Zest carries out numerous projects and programmes.

Zest is a platform to joyfully live together by breaking down the artificial boundaries created by humans in the boundless nature created by God. It is a God-inspired effort towards building a good society—one without rivalry, one that hurts no one, and where fear does not rule minds. Our dream is a land that uproots, at its very roots, all social evils—including addiction—that drain the goodness of society, and instead grows in brotherhood, friendship, and love.

We envision a land that has risen through education and quality of life; a land that maintains mental and physical well-being; a land where individuals, families, and the community live alike in happiness, peace, and contentment. The creation of such a land is Zest’s goal. It is the village dreamed of by Gandhi, Nehru, and the prophets. Gandhi said that the soul of India lives in its villages. Carrying the idea of unity in diversity—the essence of the great nation of India—let us nurture our land into the finest village envisioned by the great souls.
